Many parents are tormented by this question – which moment is appropriate to put a child in shoes?
As long as babies are not walking steadily they should be barefoot. It is enough to protect their feet from the cold by non-pressing socks or soft carpet slippers.
During the first awkward steps you should put on your baby’s feet the socks with rubber grips on the bottom to protect the child against falling.
When your baby is a well-established walker, it’s time for „real” shoes – with slightly stiffened heel counter, wide tips, made of natural and good quality materials.
